由陳冠希為首的CLOT, 最近就為其 2009/10 的秋冬系列 FROM DUSK TILL DAWN拍攝造型照和目錄, 而陳冠希也同時找來他的好友們像著名 rapper Lupe Fiasco, N.A.S.A. 的 Sam Spiegel、 Undefeated 的 Eddie Cruz、Fragment Design 的倉石一樹、紐約著名Select Shop – Opening Ceremony 的Jenny Le 等作為模特兒, 當然不少得陳冠希的好友Kevin Poon吧, 而造型照都是以著名的即影即有相機 Polaroid拍攝出來, 透過 Polaroid 菲林獨有的感覺在照片中拍產品展示出來. 目錄內放了整個系列的產品, 也有產品的大特寫等. 但可惜的事這目錄是非賣品! 但可以在以下的相薄看到!!!
CLOT 2009 “From Dusk Till Dawn” F/W Lookbook is finally available. it includes the series of CLOT products, as well as styling photos. Most of the people featured will be familiar faces.
The entire production was done by CLOT’s Creative Director Edison Chen. He invited many of his friends worldwide to participate in this “From Dusk Till Dawn” Lookbook project: Famous rapper Lupe Fiasco, N.A.S.A.’s Sam Spiegel、 Eddie Cruz from Undefeated、Kazuki Karashi from Fragment Design, Jenny Le from the well-known Select Shop in NYC Opening Ceremony, , and of course Edison Chen himself and Kevin Poon from CLOT.
All the styling photos were taken by using Polaroid film, which matches with the theme of “From Dusk Till Dawn”. The colors from Polaroid film gives an outstanding old school moody feel as usual. The F/W Collection of CLOT is named as “FROM DUSK TILL DAWN” (FDTD), meaning from sunset to sunrise, and sunrise to sunset, FROM DUSK TIL DAWN and DAWN TIL DUSK, representing a recycle. This season CLOT made clothing for all kind of occasions with the motto “We live, We work”. The use of Polaroid photos well represent this FDTD concept.

由MTV ASIA 發起所組成的明星團體 Project E.A.R (East Asian Revolution), 以 Ahli Fiqir (新加坡), Pop Shuvit (馬來西亞), Saint Loco (印尼), Slapshock (菲律賓), Silksounds (泰國) 和 Thaitanium (泰國)為骨幹, 他們都會用上五種東亞常見的語言(印尼語, 馬來語, 英文, 菲律賓文和泰文)來演繹, 希望可以藉此加上音樂可以打破東亞國家的語言,文化和宗教障礙, 同時希望把東亞的音樂引進國際, 給更多人看到東亞的水平是達國際級的.
E.A.R ( East Asia Revolution) is a Southeast Asia supergroup comprising members from Slapshock (Philippines), Saint Loco (Indonesia), Pop Shuvit (Malaysia), Ahli Fiqir (SIngapore), Silksounds (Thailand) and Thaitanium (Thailand). Rapping in their respective native languages, E.A.R aim to broke down the barriers of language, culture and religion through music and show the world the level of Southeast Asia talents.
最近Project E.A.R 就和馬來西亞的 NIKE 合作拍攝了一個新的HIPHOP音樂片 South East A, 由Nam II Cho 編導, 片中每位成員都各自穿上最新的Nike產品在片中演唱, 或許各位未必聽得懂他們的語言,但是音樂和rap的技巧上他們都是一流的, 有空就看看這首歌的片吧!

GeGeGe no Kitaro is a manga series created in 1959 by manga artist Shigeru Mizuki. It is best known for its popularization of the Japanese folklore spirits and monsters. Steven Harrington’s Prints at Arkitip

Steven Harrington, a L.A based artisit and designer, would not be a stranger to those who had been fan of Arkitip’s Art offering. Having participated in the Arkitip “Highmath” group exhibition in 2008 in Berlin, a collaboration with Kidrobot, his works include a series of skateboards for Element, and as co-founder of National Forest Design, projects for the Urban Outfitters Catalogs, Burton Snowboards and the Nike Ole Mural. He was also invited to be a contributor to Incase’s Curated by Arkitip series, creating a laptop sleeve and iPhone Slider. Steven Harrington had also been asked to design Arkitip’s fifty-second issue edition.
Drawing influence from images, fashion and music, Harrington uses the term “contextual objectivism” to describe his work.

Elphonso Lam 林祥焜 x 2% ODF 20th Anniversary Solo Exhibition Hong Kong

Slayer – World Painted Blood Deluxe Edition

As the world awaits the new Slayer album “World Painted Blood”, they announced the Deluxe Edition which will drop on 03 November with the “Playing With Dolls” DVD, a 20-minute animated graphic novel featuring music from the album (including part of a new non-album song), and an expanded booklet.
World Painted Blood will initially ship with four special collector’s edition CD covers. Each of the four covers will display one-fourth of a continental map illustrated with human skulls and bones; when placed together, the four images form a complete and grisly map of the world.

Blacknuss – Vol. 1

Blacknuss is an independent editorial project by Giorgio Di Salvo which aims at bringing together a limited but well-chosen number of artists who are drawn to the book’s unifying theme: darkness. In other words: abjection, sadness, gloom, despair, horrifying pain, depression, anger, rage. Basically: all that is dark in the world.
The authors involved for the first part of this project are Erik Brunetti of FUCT, Marco Klefisch from milanese design firm Marte, Le Messie of False, italian illustrator Scarful, TJ Cowgill of Actual Pain, Luca Barcellona, Pane from italian art collective Why Style, and Giorgio Di Salvo from VNGRD.
Blacknuss is published in a very small run (100 numbered copies) and is completely hand made in Italy. Every copy comes packaged in a custom sleeve with an additional booklet. Available at unotre Store.

香港 NIKE 剛於他們的fans 版面裡放了一段影片名為 AW77 HISTORY, 是關於1977年NIKE所設計的外套的歷史, 片內展示出1977年的外套到現在重新設計推出的現代版, 除了新增大量的顏色外也把很多細節改良, 能發揮出更大功能, 還有加入了更多物料供給大家選擇. 另外NIKE也找來他們贊助的球星如KOBE BRYANT, Maria Sharapova, Miguel Ángel Nadal等在片內作模特兒! AW77 除了是為運動而設的外套外, 也是一系列簡單色彩繽紛而容易配襯還帶點時尚的外套, 所以AW77都是秋季來臨時的好拍檔!
NIKE Hong Kong posted a video “AW77 HISTORY” on their fans page. The video shown the history and design of their jacket from 1977 to the current new collections of AW77. The main differences between the old & new AW77 are the details which are redesigned to be more functional, available in more colorways and choices of material. The video featured many sport superstars who are sponsored by NIKE: KOBE BRYANT, Maria Sharapova, Miguel Ángel Nadal etc.
